The room was spotless and had a clean bathroom. the location was marvelous and awesome, close to Kandy town along the Lake shore. - Visited Queen's Hotel for a few drinks; it was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

This place has a great location near a small stadium 🏟️. the room was huge and had everything needed, including shampoo and a fantastic view. the staff was super friendly and made the stay even more enjoyable.

When I arrived at this hotel, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and my room was spotless. I particularly enjoyed the fantastic view of the lake and the temple from the restaurant. The location was perfect as it was near the city center, close to the lake and temple, but also far enough away from the noise. The breakfast served was outstanding, and the staff were always at hand to assist me with transportation and parking.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, with a stunning view of the lake and the Temple of the Sacred Tooth. We loved being able to walk into town from here, as the hotel is conveniently located at the entrance. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff always ready to assist us. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a well-stocked tea and coffee corner. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast was by far the best we've had with a variety of options to choose from.

Complimentary drinks & snacks on arrival was a pleasant surprise. the balcony view of the city and countryside was beautiful, with colorful fireworks that lasted almost an hour on New Year's Eve. the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

The room walls were thin and we could hear noises from the neighboring rooms. the breakfast options were limited and the service was slow during peak hours.
